I am in the fashion of 22 imported 530 standard axles. I picked up the car in October last year and currently has 10,000 cars. I have just had the first insurance and have not burned engine oil. Since February this year, there will be “click, click” abnormal noises in the back row from time to time, mainly when crossing uneven roads and passing undulating roads. There is basically no abnormal noises on smooth asphalt roads and highways. Sometimes there is also a sudden brake to stop or start. Initially, I suspected it was the rear seat cushion. After the rear seat cushion was removed when I went to the first insurance, there was still abnormal sound on the rough road. 4s later said that it was going to remove the door panel. Because it was a new car, I didn’t let it go. I went home and studied it myself. I used that kind of rubber sealing strip before, but it didn’t work. Later, after having the honor of communicating with a lik-66 driver from Wuhan in the forum, he suggested that it might be the rear door lock buckle. Today, I found a material for testing and determined that it should be the friction caused by the rear door lock core and the lock catch during driving. The solution is as follows: First of all, the material is very simple. The first is the tap water sealing tape, which is very cheap and white. The second is the kind of flocked double-sided tape.
First, stick the flocking tape along the black plastic at the lower part of the anti-kick part of the door, because sometimes the abnormal noise may come from here, stick it around to avoid the sound caused by the plastic door panel and the sealing ring. Then stick the foot along the lower part of the rear door frame to avoid friction between the door and the door frame. Finally, wrap the tap water sealing tape around the fixed lock on the door frame, and wrap the entire lock. Remember not to wrap it too many times. Generally, 2 times will be enough. Remember not to use electrical tape or transparent tape, because these two are not elastic, there will be abnormal noises after using it. Tap water tape is elastic and will absorb abnormal noises.
After you use it, you can try driving the car outside on the uneven road. I have no abnormal sound at present. Of course, I can only give you a reference. It may not be very beautiful, but it is better than removing the car door. The tap water sealing belt can be found everywhere. If it wears out in the future, you can just wrap it back. It is simple and practical. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. If drivers are making abnormal noises from the cab door and passenger door, you can also refer to my method. I would also like to thank the lik-66 riders from Hubei for their joint discussion. In the end, I was glad that there were no abnormal noises in other places, which was a blessing despite misfortune.

One piece here easily caused friction with the sealant strip on the lower edge of the door, so I used flocking tape to stick two strips

The anti-kick plastic plate at the lower part of the door can easily rub against the rubber sealing strip on the door frame. I wrapped it around it. Anyway, the black flocking tape couldn’t be seen and would not affect the appearance.

Wrap the anti-kick plastic plate on the lower part of the door in a circle, connecting it to the picture above, at the same position

The flocking tape on the door is wrapped in this position

The last item is to wrap all the lock with waterproof tap water white tape and wrap it.

This is tap water sealing tape

Flocking tape bought online

The flocking tape is backed on one side and flocking on the other side, which is very cheap.
