I accompanied my friend to make a test drive at our local BMW store last weekend. To be honest, the driving experience of the G68 is a lot better than that of the G38. In terms of smoothness, the G68 has stable up-and-down gears, and the shifting movements are almost felt. There are no obvious setbacks or bumps during driving. Compared with the previous 5 Series, the driving of the new 5 is definitely upgraded. When compared with the other two BBA companies, I don’t think it is comparable at all. It has always been BMW’s advantage in driving and controlling the chassis.

The power feedback of the New 5 is very rapid. Whether it is lightly stepping on the power or deeply stepping on it, the power responds in a timely manner, especially in the sports mode. Moreover, the sound insulation of the new 5 has been improved based on the previous generation 5 Series. Anyone who knows cars knows that the sound insulation of the previous generation 5 Series was already very good. The new 5 has added a 48v light hybrid system, and there are still improvements in mute!

In terms of design, the most blackened thing I see is that chicken leg stalls are replaced with crystal picks. I can only say that this design really depends on benevolence and wisdom. Most young people will definitely like crystal picks rather than chicken leg stalls. The most important thing is that most black people only pay attention to what is missing, not what is too much! Titanic gold components, flowing gold wood ornaments, and floating giant screens are beyond anyone’s mention.

Nowadays, everyone’s focus on buying a car is different from our previous focus on car selection. Nowadays, young people pay more attention to the exterior design and interior configuration. On the contrary, they don’t pay much attention to the handling performance of the car. This is really a loss for BMW, but we also see BMW changing in this new 5 Series.
