I believe that many car owners’ definition of comfort is that the shock absorber is very soft, after all, the shock absorber can absorb the shock, so that the bumps on the road will not be stored in the car. But do you know? Weak shock absorbers are likely to cause the vehicle to get out of control. Why? Because the vehicle is driving in the bend, the vehicle will roll and the center of gravity will shift, and the heart will follow and shift to the wheel of the outer bend. Generally speaking, a shock absorber has only one piston, which has a small hole valve, and the shock absorber is filled with damping oil with high viscosity. And avoid soft, it is phase, piston hole valve is larger, so that the damping can flow quickly to the piston, so that the spring movement can better absorb vibration. In fact, there is nothing wrong with saying that comfort and manipulation are opposing, but Honda has found a way to balance it through technology, and AmplitudeReactiveDampers is such technology.

However, the reason why AmplitudeReactiveDampers can balance the two states is that it has two pistons, one of which has a larger hole valve and the other has a smaller hole valve. when the vehicle is driving on a potholed road, the piston with larger hole valve can first give the spring a fixed space to absorb bumps and movement. when the vehicle needs support when it comes to the bend, the smaller piston with the hole valve can stop the spring from moving and provide support for the vehicle. And this design can better balance fitness and control. Of course, it is certainly simple to say, but the production requires the support of data, such as how to control the vibration frequency, how to control the vibration frequency, and so on.
