The official low-power calibration version of the Mercedes-Benz C200 has a maximum power of 135kW/5500rpm and a maximum torque of 300Nm/1,200 – 4,000 rpm. From the data point of view, it is 50Nm more than BMW’s 2.0T low-power version engine, and the maximum torque comes at a lower speed. However, in terms of power, models of the same class are often powerful. If you want to control this model well, you also need strong power. The TT5440 is really a universal charger in the brake world. It uses a two-piece aluminum alloy forging process, and two sets of competitive stainless steel pistons are arranged in opposite directions. It contains original imported seal rings. The calipers are made of 3000-ton ultra-high strength forging, which increases the rigidity by 30% compared with ordinary cast calipers, which greatly meets the dynamic upgrade requirements of the Ben C200. It also includes the low, and high-end steam modified brake markets, with a wide range of modified data models, and all aspects of cost performance and mobility are excellent.

The TT330x28MM brake discs are baked at a high temperature of 600 degrees and then insulated for 12 hours, which enhances the strength and wear resistance of the brake discs, solves the problem of deformation caused by high temperatures during the braking process, and optimizes the heat dissipation performance.

After the modification, the C200 brakes have become more stable and practical. They are perfectly fitted to the wheel hub, reduce the unsprung weight, increase the friction coefficient, enrich the foot feel and improve the sensitivity a lot. There is very little brake dust on the disc, which is an “obsessive-compulsive disorder” owner’s favorite. This can satisfy this type of car owners with “obsessive-compulsive disorder”, which confirms TTSPORT’s strict control of product quality and perfection.
