Guangzhou Saiqu is a R & D manufacturer dedicated to studying how to safely upgrade brakes. It has been continuously researching the technology of imported products since it represented brakes of major international brands.
DICASE Knight series calipers are the first calipers developed. The following accessories will be used for a pair of calipers: 2-piece forged caliper blank, 12.9-level fixing bolts, forged aluminum alloy pistons, sealing rings, dust jackets, stainless oil pipes, stainless oil nozzles. The Knight A61 pliers chose AP street calipers as a reference object, so the view is similar to the AP9040. The entire series of Knight Calipers are high-pressure forged sheet pliers. The material is aluminum of aviation forging grade 6061-T6. The main alloy elements of magnesium and aluminum 6061-T6 are heat treated and pre-stretched quality aluminum alloy products; Magnesium aluminum 6061 has excellent processing performance, good corrosion resistance, high toughness, deformation after processing, easy coloring and film, and extremely oxidation effect. This is a suitable material for making caliper materials.

When the DICASE calipers are made, the piston shape will be machined by CNC on the periphery. After forming, the accessories used for the calipers will be assembled. The weight of the entire 6 pistons is only 3.55KG. Compared with the original single-piston cast calipers, the DICASE Knight series is optimized very large. After the caliper is assembled, it will undergo a leak test. Here, oil leakage will occur under the solid pressure in the oil pipe and piston. After the leak test is completed, the caliper has completed all steps.

As the saying goes,”If you want to do a good job, you must first sharpen your tools”, you don’t mean tools. I believe that domestic production tools may not be worse than those of foreign countries. However, the reputation of APRACING and BREMBO in terms of technology accumulation cannot be ignored. The precipitation of many competitions, the world’s top engineers have devoted their efforts to jointly research the top-level pliers, only to provide the most guaranteed braking system for those flying on the field. We need to study the imported manufacturing process, characteristics, and integrate them stably into our products. Only then can we bring better products to customers.
