Maintain Lao Yinglang’s car by yourself at high temperatures

From July 2022 to the present, the continuous high temperature weather has not only made people uncomfortable, but also brought a certain impact on the car, especially on old cars. The main reasons are: 1. It is easy to cause carbon deposition, increase engine wear, and reduce engine service life;2. Problems with the oil circuit, causing air resistance and causing high-speed fire failure;3. Causes vehicle puncture;4. Causes unstable power supply, accelerated electrode oxidation, reduced battery capacity, and leakage;5. Causes the air conditioner to not cool; 6. Damage to the car paint accelerates the aging of the car paint;7. The interior is easy to age, causing cracking and embrittlement;8. Affects driving safety.
   My old Yinglang XT has been 12 years old. Today, I will take the time to do daily maintenance for it as much as I can. The maintenance mainly includes: 1. Changing the oil and oil filter;2. Replacing the air filter element, gasoline filter element, air conditioning filter element, 3. Add glass water, antifreeze, and air conditioning refrigerant;4. Check whether the transmission belt is worn;5. Clean the throttle valve and cylinder carbon deposit;6. Check the chassis and wiring conditions; 7. Check the body and tires.
