In recent six months, the engine noise is particularly loud, especially when stepping on the throttle for more than 60 kilometers, I feel tinnitus. It will be better after receiving the fuel, and the engine does not wobble obviously. The master said that the machine foot mat should be replaced. Sometimes start the car to drive dozens of kilometers the temperature has been less than 80 degrees, 4S said that the thermostat is broken, inside the card will not be able to heat up. Just waiting for the intake port cleaning to remove the intake pipe, the replacement of the oil filter base and tensioner also need to remove the intake pipe, so it is completely solved this time.
At the recommendation of a Mercedes-Benz home, we bought the original oil filter base 1900, water pipe 85, Mahler thermostat 350, ZF engine mat and gearbox mat 1000 (said to be the same as the original car). I heard that the most vulnerable thing about this engine is this high-pressure tubing. Anyway, it was taken apart and replaced together. The boss quoted 160 half an hour for delivery, but the tubing disassembled did not see obvious signs of aging, and it felt that it could not be changed.

Guangzhou Guangquan purchased a four-piece set of INA belt, the master said that the installation of the tensioner also needed to remove the air intake, just happened to be replaced, but the dismantled belt did not find any cracks, and the belt usually had no abnormal sound, but it just felt that the age was enough, so I bought it, and I felt that it could be used for at least 2 years earlier (the car could not run 10,000 kilometers a year). Anyway, it has been bought and taken apart, so let’s change it together. I hope it can be used for more than 5 years.

Newly bought Mahler thermostat, even take over the iron ring clasp to pay attention to tight, the master installed repeatedly tried many times, in case the card is not good, make sure you can not pull it out.
The newly bought Mahler thermostat can be sure that the original car should not be a Mahler thermostat, because when this thermostat is installed, there is a plug that cannot be inserted to the end, and there is a small buckle that is not matched, so use a screwdriver to deal with the clasp before installing it. Because it was a new antifreeze changed in July, I only prepared a new bottle. As a result, during the operation, the master accidentally flowed the booster oil into the antifreeze, so the antifreeze could not be used. At 1:1, one bottle of water was not enough. The boss also got a bottle of BMW antifreeze without Mercedes-Benz antifreeze. BMW antifreeze is much cheaper than Mercedes-Benz. The boss said BMW antifreeze can be mixed with Mercedes-Benz. They are all produced by the same manufacturer, so I no longer insist on changing all the antifreeze. BMW’s 1.5L plus half a bottle is enough.
