A few days ago, when replacing the cam sensor sealing ring, I found that the exhaust check valve was also aging!

Ordered one online

It says German, but it is not. The original one-way valve is difficult to buy, or you can only buy it with the pipe assembly. The original pipe is fine, so just replace the one-way valve!

Remove the comparison of the original car and blow it with your mouth. The original car can blow a little, but the new one cannot blow at all, which means that the seal is very good!

Install it with a new one and leave it open for a few days without any problem!

Apply some high temperature resistant sealant to the aging side and keep it for later use!

It’s just that one side is aged and delaminated, and there is no leak. It doesn’t leak even if you buckle it with your hand. It still feels very thick. I don’t know how some cars can leak directly. I think it’s difficult to leak it without using tools! The one-way valve has not failed yet. It just blows hard and feels a little leak, but the actual pressure on the pipe is not that great!

I checked that the timing chain should not be replaced yet. Looking at the fourth one in the third group, it is normal if the ignition angle is not greater than plus or minus 6.5!

Check that everything in the entire vehicle is normal and there are no fault codes!
