Newly decorated home to fill piles

The reason is, of course, that we haven’t lived there yet. In order to occupy resources, we still built our home as a pile and spent a total of 5000 yuan
It took 105 meters of 3*10 square meters of line, but it cost 2310 yuan to buy 22 meters of line.
The property management officer was asked to help install it, which cost 1000 yuan.
40A leakage protection, one 40A air switch each, and one distribution box add up to less than 100 yuan.
Jiachongzhuang received a second-hand Weilai online for 1600 yuan.
That’s all we need, and then it’s electrical cable installation.
The special electricity meter for charging piles applied in the State Grid APP must be stamped by the property management. As long as the procedures are complete, it will be completed quickly. The property management is also correct, and there are no restrictions such as additional charges.
At present, only 220V and 7KW meters can be applied. The Electric Power Bureau said that in theory, 380V meters can be applied, but generally it does not approve them because of the limited capacity.
The current electricity bill is like this:
Electricity consumption for charging facilities set up by residential homes, residential communities, and non-residential users who implement residential electricity prices:
Peak period: 0.85674 yuan per kWh (11:00-12:00, 14:00-21:00)
Flat section: 0.5464 yuan per kWh (7:00-11:00, 12:00-14:00, 21:00-23:00)
Low period: 0.23606 yuan per kilowatt hour (23:00- 7:00 the next day)
Pulling the line down the wire shaft from upstairs, I thought it would take at most 70 meters. In the end, it took 105 meters, but only 3 meters more came out, which was still relatively accurate.
After it was installed, Tesla, which rented my parking space, couldn’t wait to start charging, adding 20 cents per kilowatt-hour, which was a little compensation.

There are many home filling piles installed in the garage now, but they really won’t be able to install them in the future. However, merchants are now being encouraged to install charging piles in large areas of the community. The policy that just came out also includes a subsidy of 3000 yuan for each pile. Last time I went to the newly opened SKP to park, the charging piles behind each parking space have become standard. This should be the case in new communities in the future. Developers will build them together, which will really save a lot of costs.
