This fault phenomenon has already begun to reflect at 140000 km, during which I used a special inspection computer to match the clutch gap, the problem has not been improved, and the gearbox has no reason to break the code. At this time, it has been determined that the friction disc of the input shaft clutch is worn, resulting in a large gap. A few days of National Day this year, I took the time to consult with the professional gearbox maintenance office, during which I consulted 2 maintenance points. They also concluded that the friction disc of the input shaft clutch needs to be replaced, which is also a BergWarner accessory, but there is a big difference in price, and then they choose the agreed time for maintenance at a relatively low price. After maintenance, the warranty is one year, unlimited mileage.
At 9: 00 in the morning, I came to the maintenance point and waited for the gearbox assembly to be removed on the shelf.

The middle case has been taken down, the pressure cylinder has been taken out, and the black facade of the middle shell is the built-in filter element, which cannot be replaced without disassembling the gearbox.

This is the pressure piston of the input shaft that needs to be replaced. The small gap in the hand is a little bit. Replace it. The price is 300 yuan. The black one on the right is the computer board oil seal.
This is the clutch friction disc and steel plate of the input shaft. A total of 7 friction plates, varying degrees of wear, after measurement, the gap has exceeded the standard value. This is the root cause of floor oil’s initial setback.
Zoom in and look at the details, the wear is more obvious, and it has been blackened at high temperature.

The decomposed pressure cylinder, the CVT chain is sheathed on these two cones, relying on oil pressure to achieve variable speed.

After the assembly is completed, turn over and install the input shaft.
Release differential oil and add new differential oil
The differential oil has been changed by the way and is ready to be loaded. Add the gearbox oil after you get on the car.
It’s already 2: 00 p. M. when it’s all assembled, and it takes 2 hours to start loading.
All of them are on board, and the accessories are being assembled.

Already drove around in the field, came back to check if there was a fault code, and then drove out to wait for the oil temperature to match the clutch.
At this point, all completed, the test floor without a setback, the most exciting moment is payment.
As a result of professional maintenance, disassembly to assembly installation, screws are classified storage, and finally all completed, all screws, clips, not a missing installation.
Then look at the use within a year, if I chose a home only 300m away from a repair, replace these accessories, the price is about 6000 yuan. Taking all things into consideration, it is still chosen in the far east of Ningbo, 20 kilometers away from home, all down 3800 yuan, which is also within the scope of bearing.
