However, this is to apply for transfer on the 12123 system.
Here’s the problem: when applying for transfer (old car owners) on the 12123 system, there are only two options: one is to transfer your own (the owner remains the same), and the other is to change the owner, but it has a column for uploading FA tickets. My car is in my name (Guangzhou license plate), now my wife shakes to the number to deal with the transfer, I want to change the owner, but it also prompts to upload FA tickets! If it is easy to buy someone else’s used car, directly find the second-hand car to open a FA ticket to transfer ownership, but there is no use between husband and wife. Electronic gearshift is so convenient. Also, take ten thousand steps back. in case the vehicle does not meet the requirements, you should return it and apply directly in the system. There is no need to run.
After the application, it will prompt the application to be successful, but at this time only the application is successful and cannot be done yet. if it is a working day, you will be prompted about the afternoon of the next day and accepted successfully, and only then can you go through the procedures of moving in. At this time, it is necessary to use the mobile phone identity information of the new car owner to apply for an appointment to deal with the change of the vehicle. At this time, it is much more convenient to transfer electronically.
