Among the issues I am worried about most likely to leave you on the road, the problem of not generating electricity by the generator is definitely one of the more important ones in our old Sagitar (parameter inquiry). How to disassemble, disassemble and maintain it has always troubled me. There is not much accurate information or experience on the Internet about disassembling and disassembling the generator of our model. In fact, the information on generator maintenance and replacement parts is more comprehensive in a certain tone. The key issue is how to safely remove and install them!

The main processes and matters needing attention are now sorted out for reference and discussion by old Sagitar 1.4t riders. The one that inspired and helped me the most during this maintenance and repair was the “1.4T Touran Replacement of Generator Belt Tensioner, Idler Water Pump” post titled “Driving and Walking the Cat”. Thank you here! This building is the link to the post of “1.4T Touran Replacement Generator Belt Tensioner Idler Water Pump”, which can be accessed by clicking.
