I haven’t updated it for a long time. I posted a post today. I am an auto repair technician, and I haven’t picked up my car properly. This is just in time for the 60,000-kilometer maintenance. Change both fluids together (oil, transmission oil). It took me a week to post this post, and I also felt a lot about the changes in the driving experience of the vehicle after maintenance.
Let me first say that the calibration of this mini gearbox is much better than the previous generation, and the shifting is much smoother. The smoothness of shifting gears is also related to the habits of using them. This car has driven for 60,000 kilometers, but its shifting gears have been slightly sluggish. It just happens that the transmission oil replacement cycle is every 2 years or 40,000 – 60,000 kilometers, so it’s time to replace the transmission oil. The Aisin AFW6 gearbox oil used this time, the Aisin gearbox and the Aisin gearbox oil are the perfect match.
Everyone engaged in auto repair knows that there are two ways to change gearbox oil, the gravity method and the circulation method. I personally think that the recycling method should be changed more thoroughly and it will not delay labor so much. Simply put, the circulation machine drives the flow of old oil, which can, to a certain extent, allow the iron filings and dirty things remaining in the oil passage and oil chamber to be discharged with the oil and washed it. Aisin’s gearbox oil replacement is equipped with a circulation machine, which is reliable.
The oil changes of the circulation machine are fully automatic. The work process is probably to help the car spit out the old gearbox oil, and then inhale new gearbox oil. Under the action of external force, it can be continuously circulated and completely replaced.
Pour in the gearbox oil, set the data, and within half an hour, the gearbox oil was replaced. The next step is to change the oil. This is even easier. Just drain off the old oil and add new oil.

Aisin engine oil is prepared and used for the first time. Anyway, it is fully synthetic. Judging from the official introduction and oil composition, it is still very good. It uses four types of base oils Pao and 5 lipids. The performance is mainly power improvement, wear resistance, long-term mileage and fuel saving, as well as BMW LL-04 certification, which can be modified.

The entire process took about two hours in total, and the speed was still acceptable. Let’s talk about how we feel during this period of time. We have also driven more than 200 kilometers a week.

After driving after the oil change, I felt that the gearbox was shifting smoother. The obvious feeling of frustration disappeared, as if I had returned to the time when I first bought a new car. In addition, in terms of the engine, the feeling of idle jitter is significantly reduced, and the feeling of acceleration is more direct and rapid.
