The fluorine must be released before removing the broken compressor, and the pressure value of the high and low pressure pipe must be recorded with the mobile phone before it is removed, which can be used as a reference for the amount of fluorine added. It is very simple to remove the compressor, 3 fixed screws, 2 high and low pressure pipe screws, just screw it. After studying the compressor, it is found that the variable solenoid valve is electrically controlled, and the pulley rotates with the engine. As long as the engine starts, the solenoid valve filter screen is very fine and easy to clog. If the blockage leads to sudden cold and heat, you can clean the solenoid valve filter screen without replacing the solenoid valve.
There is a cylinder containing desiccant next to the condenser. Open the lid and pull out the desiccant. Immediately after taking out the desiccant, the desiccant is packed in a bag to prevent the desiccant from absorbing moisture from the air. There is a filter under the desiccant, which is pulled out and washed with a toothbrush. When you put it back, remember to put the desiccant back in another direction, with the clean end down.
Re-inject fluorine after replacing the compressor, there is no need to vacuum, because there is desiccant in the air conditioning system, there is no need to worry about the air moisture in the pipe, unless the pipe is sprayed with a large amount of water by an unscrupulous repair shop.
Fluorine must be kept in mind: both high and low pressure tubes can be charged, as long as the high pressure tubes must be charged in the engine flameout state. The low-pressure tube must be charged during the start-up of the engine.
