I braved the scorching heat, broke a roller shutter steel bar and bought a new roller shutter, and finally successfully replaced the skylight roller shutter!

This time I saw Sharan’s skylight shutter structure. To be fair, this design is perfect. If the curtains and steel bars were not glued and damaged by external force, this thing would really not go wrong easily.
The damage to the roller blind this time was completely caused by me! It’s not a quality problem with the public, nor is it caused by aging and degumming over time. The reason is that the two sunshade blocks I stuffed inside were squeezed out.

Here are only a few points that need to be noted for replacement:
1. This operation can be completed by any rider with certain hands-on and observation skills.
2. Those who come into contact with this for the first time must remove the glass behind the skylight. The roof does not have to be completely removed, just remove the back.
3. The most difficult thing is to install a slider into the track. This must be operated carefully.
4. The order of installation is very important!
5. The quality of the steel sheets of the roller blind is the key. The steel sheets of the roller blind in the auxiliary factory are rougher than the original factory. Although they can be used, they must be very careful when installed.

There is almost no difference between the cloth cover of the roller blind of this subsidiary factory and the bonding between the steel bars and cloth cover and the original car. The difference is that the workmanship of the steel bars is not as detailed and smooth as the original car parts, which makes the installation more difficult. In addition, the slider is also the original car. Good, I finally used the original car slider.
