After it was broken, I didn’t like to remove it in large pieces to replace the handle. I thought about it as much as possible. After thinking about it for a long time, I studied the properties of some glues and tested an AB glue known as casting glue. In the end, I found it feasible. After several steps, it was finally repaired and used perfectly after loading the truck.

What it looks like after breaking

I bought several AB adhesives for testing and found that this was suitable. After curing, it was as hard as plastic and adhered firmly.

Because of design problems, the break was a weak link, so I thought of making a hole and inserting the card needle of the mobile phone into it to increase the strength.

Then fill the groove with AB glue to fix the needle. The needle cannot move

Cut it into corresponding shapes with a thickness of 4 centimeters and glue it on three sides.

I was already thinking about loading the preliminary finished product

I suddenly thought of pressing a circle of aluminum sheets horizontally at the red line position and forgot to take photos. I still felt perfect. The handle is mainly stressed from left to right, and it should be strong enough now. It is estimated that it will not break even when used for scrapping.

It mainly takes time and takes time to do it yourself. I don’t think anyone outside repairs it like this.
