After morning exercise yesterday, I went home to cook noodles early, so I turned on my mobile phone and watched the live broadcast of the “National Youth Talent Show” competition that Dabao participated in. Of course, this is just a preliminary round in Mianyang. Among the 47 groups of contestants, Dabao, who danced the solo dance “Girl Ah Tuan”, was the sixth to appear. At the age of five and a half, she actually performed the occasion at all. This was something I didn’t expect. Although her basic skills were a little worse, she not only fully understood but also demonstrated the instructor’s intentions well after playing. Her on-site performance was “generous and unrestrained.” Based on this, my grandfather is very “smug”!

After lunch, I went upstairs to sleep for more than an hour, then went downstairs to watch TV with Dabao for a while, and then I held my mobile phone to learn encyclopedic knowledge.

I didn’t eat or drink alcohol at night. I just ate some peaches to comfort my stomach. At 9:50, I went to bed. Amid the bedtime story that Dabao told me at the scene, I gradually heard snoring. Later, I waited for her to turn off the light for me with a blank eye, and then I turned over and really fell asleep.

I woke up at 5:17 this morning, got up at 6 o’clock, and came to the swimming pool at around 6:40. I sat for a while and then exercised a few simple times before jumping into the water. I used eleven frogs and six self-movements for a total of 17 laps of 1224 meters, plus a half-lap breaststroke, half-lap butterfly stroke and more than a dozen jumpers to complete today’s morning exercise.
