Oil prices are skyrocketing. Faced with the replacement cost of air filter elements that is close to 500 yuan for 4s maintenance, it’s better to save it if you can. Go directly to a Maoman brand and get it done with 159. It’s easy to replace it, as long as you have a T20 screwdriver, if you have a T30 and a 17mm 19mm sleeve. It will be more convenient (use to remove balance bars, etc.).

Open the engine compartment, and the red circle position is the equipment box of the air filter element. You can see that it is just blocked by a thick balance bar. If you don’t remove the balance, you can replace it, but it’s a little difficult. Removing the screws and opening the box cover are a little troublesome. If there are 17mm sleeves and 19mm sleeves (Two specifications are required. The balance bar has a 17mm nut near the front and a 19mm nut near the cockpit.) You can directly remove the 17mm sleeve on the front, loosen the 19mm sleeve, and move the balance bar away. It is easy to remove the screws and open the air filter box cover

Use a T20 screwdriver to loosen all screws in one circle of the filter element cover (you don’t need to take it off for easy installation)

Removing this screw with a T30 screwdriver will make it easier to open the box cover

This plug can actually be pulled out very easily. The white buckle can be moved towards the cockpit, and then the entire plug can be pulled out. In actual measurement, the cover can be opened without pulling it out.

When the screws are completely loosened, it is easy to open the box cover, exposing the dirty air filter inside. Just take out the air filter and replace it with a new one.
