After studying the forum posts and bargaining online, I bought all the spare parts I needed: a set of machine foot pads from the original factory, a thermostat from Vall, a filter base from the original factory, a set of motor pulleys and belts from Schaeffler, and a set of spare parts for 4000 yuan. They were bought by two online stores, Mercedes-Benz House and Guangzhou Guang Quan auto parts. My ability was limited, and I didn’t dare to say how the quality was. But it should be the most competitive price in the online store that car friends trust relatively at present. In addition, we bought Mobil FS 0W40 oil recommended by the strict version of JD International, loaded with 1QT, 7 barrels (actually used 6 barrels), at a cost of 472.71.

The repair shop also visited several shops on the recommendation of the forum, car users and strict editions. by comparison, they chose a two-step strategy, that is, the repair and partial maintenance was handed over to one store, and the transmission oil and differential oil were changed in another store.
I chose a Monday, thinking that there were fewer cars and fewer people, so the master could work calmly. Unexpectedly, when I arrived at the store, a silver car of the same year was already changing its brakes. I chatted with the owner, exchanged greetings and added Wechat to each other. The settlement man-hour fee plus 2 barrels of original antifreeze and chemical cleaning agent, etc., totaling 1300 ocean.
So I decided to change the gearbox oil and differential oil together in the afternoon. I thought I would do it in two days. Fortunately, it is in an auto parts city, not far apart. This shop specializes in the repair and maintenance of gearboxes, focusing on Aixin. I found it here because the forum recommended Mote’s differential oil, and his home was also an online seller recommended by the forum. Later, I found that he still had Anso’s gearbox oil at the same price, and the physical store could be built, so I chose his home. The project here is relatively simple, and the life looks more skillful and orderly, but it may be that they are more confident with too much work and do not quite accept some of my requests, such as replacing new oil pan aluminum-magnesium alloy screws and using torque wrenches, so they insist that they are not necessary. in the end, I didn’t accept my request. In the course of construction, I happened to have a phone call to deal with something. I didn’t keep an eye on it step by step. I was not sure whether I had confirmed the oil temperature according to the steps of the strict version. The old oil of the hydraulic torque converter had been released, so I had to trust their experience. Finally, add less than 9L of new oil. The oil and materials are taken at his home, the strainer and gasket are Mahler, the gearbox oil is 10QT, and Mott’s gear oil is 2 barrels 1L. The total plus man-hour fee is 1970.
As soon as I ran on the road after all this work, I felt that the throttle was lighter and the engine noise was gone. In the words of the riders, “the world is quiet”. I think this is the proper meaning of the car that has just been repaired. But I still think the fetus is noisy and not completely quiet.
Next step:
1. I got up this morning to check the oil. The oil is fine, and the liquid level is above the middle, just right. Antifreeze seems to be relatively low, originally wanted to add pure water directly, but based on the ideal antifreeze concentration of 45% to 55%, it is better to add antifreeze from the original factory. The 2L antifreeze used in the original factory was mixed with 4 bottles of pure water 2200ml with a concentration of 47.6%. If you add water directly, it may be a little thin. Consult the strict version, it should be that they did not put the old liquid of my original car, so they only added 4.2L. Bought a bottle of antifreeze from the original factory and added about 400ml, and then completely replace it later.
two。 Mott’s gear oil was only used more than 1L yesterday, and there is probably a bottle of 600ml left. any cyclist in Beijing who has a need can contact me and provide it free of charge. If you change the oil, you can buy one less barrel.
3. In-cylinder and inlet carbon removal may have to be put on the agenda, although recently restored fuel treasure, but the effect is still not good, fortunately, the addition of fuel treasure did not bring more problems.
