Recently, in the morning of more than a week, there will be an obvious “knock” sound when the cold car starts to hit the direction. The moderator has warned the direction not to be full, otherwise the steering machine will be scrapped ahead of time, and it will be operated in the same way when hitting the direction. I would rather move a few more cars back and forth to save the maintenance cost of the steering gear.
Since there is no time to repair the car at work, after work on Saturday, I went to the auto repair shop at the entrance of the district to find the boss for a test drive (change the thermostat before the year, and send another assignment later). The abnormal noise in the hot car is not loud, and the small worker checks that the shock absorber spring will continue to tremble when he hits the direction, and it is obvious to put his finger on the spring. As I was nearing the end of work, I left the car in the shop and tested it again the next morning.
The next Sunday, the boss called to say that he had tried the car, and the front shock absorber and bearings were broken and needed to be replaced, so he arranged for the accessories to be dismantled by the handyman. In the process, it was found that there were oil leaks in two front shock absorbers. After removal and inspection, it was found that the shock absorber tube could no longer rebound, and it was what it looked like when pressed down. At present, the mileage of the car is 160000 kilometers, after all, the front shock absorber has to carry a very heavy engine, and it is almost up to the life span. The rear shock absorber is checked to be normal, so this maintenance only replaces the front shock absorber.
On the shelf for maintenance, it was found that there was a relatively serious oil leakage on the right rear side of the rear differential. I had planned to drive another 20,000 kilometers to replace the rear axle oil. Fortunately, this inspection found the oil leakage, otherwise, when the oil leakage is clean, we can only spend two or three to replace the new differential.
When changing the differential oil, empty the old oil as required, the color of the old oil is very dark and less than 1L, replace the oil seal, pump in the new oil to clean for a period of time, pump in the new oil after release, and install the sealing bolt quickly when a small amount of the overflow outlet flows out. There is a bottle of remaining differential oil used by others in the boss’s store, when the cleaning oil is added to me, so the cleaning oil is more than 0.5L, and the formal use of differential oil after cleaning is about 1.2L.
After all the contents have been repaired, the handyman took me on the road for a test drive, which is already very normal. At that time, the nearby roads were relatively smooth paved roads. When I drove to work this morning, there was a section of road under construction. Obviously, I played a lot of Q, and I no longer felt as hard as before.
While the labourers were working, I went out and bought a bottle of drink for each of the boss and the labourers, and the final maintenance cost was 2200 yuan.
