Want to say change brake oil, watched a lot of pressurized oil change video, but I know in my heart, the process of changing oil is not difficult, focusing on the disassembly and assembly of tires, really. Today, when all the tools and materials were ready, I began to unload the tires and loosened the screws on all four wheels, not unloading them, but moving them, proving that the next step of releasing the pump oil could continue. This process took more than 45 minutes. It’s super solid, not 130 Nm at all.

After I changed the main pump, I lifted the lift car and began to unload the right rear wheel. I found that, my God, there were still two screws. It took half an hour, and the sleeve couldn’t eat. It always slipped out. After a shot, the hexagon was a little out of shape. Sweating, I gave up, packed up, tightened all the screws 130 Nm, went to the auto repair shop in the afternoon to change, and replaced these two screws.

I wrote it to let my friends know the consequences of the wind cannon. If I want to change this tire at high speed, I can’t change it even if I have the equipment. It’s too sad. I watched the video of the tubing, in which a Porsche owner pointed out that her tire was 90 Nm tighter. No wonder a girl can change the tire easily. In fact, it is not difficult for the average boy to hit 200 Nm. I remember that I just bought a car and I unloaded all the tire brake clamps. It was very easy at that time. So you can imagine the power of the wind cannon, if you can not use it, it is best to prepare a torque wrench to tighten it.

Change the oil of the main pump

Pressure test for air leakage, prepare to release pump oil, remember to pack parts near brake oil, brake oil is corrosive

Go to the auto repair shop in the afternoon and let the screws and the rest of the steps go through. Here, let’s talk about the oil of the negative pressure pump and the oil of the pressure pump. Pressurization is recommended on the tubing, because the negative pressure extraction should remember to immerse the tubing in the old brake oil, and the pipe should go up and down first. once the pipe is warped up and the negative pressure is not ready, air will flow back into the line. If you put pressure on it, there will be no problem.

There is also a little knowledge, that is, the density of the new brake oil will be smaller, it will float on the brake oil, and the pressurized release oil is the first old oil to come out, and you will obviously see the color change of the oil until it is extremely clear.

The oil output at 1 pressure is a little slow, and it is normal for us to increase it to 1.5.

When we get to the auto repair shop, we lift the whole car directly, and there is no step of unloading the tires. In fact, at first, I planned to buy four safety jack stand, and then buy a flat car to slide in, so that I didn’t have to unload the tires, but after thinking about the investment of nearly 200, I switched to a Jack.

You can see that there are bubbles, this is because the blue joint can not completely tighten the oil screw, it is very loose. And we are pressurized, and there is no gap in the air to enter the pipe.

After putting the oil, remember to spray and wash the oil screw with clean water and dry the cover. I don’t have torsion, just twist it gently without oil leakage, 18 Nm is very light, don’t break the screw.

Finally, when we talk about the consequences of using a wind cannon, the hexagonal is worn, and the boss shook it down only after a period of time. When I was done, I tightened 130 Nm again, and the boss said it would be too loose, but I was relieved to think that Porsche was only 90.
