Well, this time I experienced the three-pack quality service from Dongfeng Fengshen Factory ~~~~ that is, changing the water pump!
It’s a long story. As early as November, my Fengshen AX7 had coolant added once, but it couldn’t hold it. This time, it leaked out directly. I called Fengshen directly and asked me to go to the store to check. Anyway, the 4S store is very close, so I made an appointment for C-position service. As soon as I arrived at the store, everyone gathered around because this was the first time that the water pump of the engine of the National 6b had been replaced. Of course, it was not confirmed at the beginning. After some inspection, it was discovered that the water pump had leaked and was not a human failure. So 4S readily provided compensation services to the manufacturer, and was lucky. There were accessories in the store that could be replaced directly!

One of the C-position services is pure spare parts! This kind of maintenance is still reliable in 4S. Moreover, it is also included in the three-package service. If you change it directly, you are afraid that problems will occur again in the future, and it will be a bit troublesome. After all, the leakage of this water pump directly affects the heat dissipation effect of the engine and is a very critical equipment.

The water pump was also very clean when removed. The entire sealing surface looked fine. The section was very flat, without wear or stains.

The highlight is here. This is it. The position of this small iron-like circle has been leaked. It’s really embarrassing. I suggest the manufacturer upgrade this material. After all, the whole equipment is good. The material here is a little poor, which leads to leakage. It’s really a big safety hazard!

Compared with the old and new water pumps, they are exactly the same, without damage.
