[Car Show] Maintenance of nitrogen shock absorbers

It’s very sad. The car owner was closely contacted by others, causing damage to the vehicle, and the nitrogen shock absorber installed also suffered minor injuries. I just submitted a simple maintenance post to let everyone know more about the nitrogen reduction that once occurred.
Common gas tank piston nitrogen shock absorbers are created for competition. The characteristics of competition are extreme competition, the limit of power, the limit of braking, the limit of grabbing the ground, the limit of shock absorbers, etc. Every acceleration, every heavy braking, every rush to the shoulder, and every steering, the shock absorber absorbs the impact from the road surface and the body at all times. The heat converted by these impacts must be dissipated in a timely manner. Only then can we ensure the stability of the shock absorber. To this end, nitrogen is encapsulated in an aluminum alloy gas tank with good thermal conductivity, and the oil and nitrogen are isolated in the form of a piston in the gas tank. Therefore, the nitrogen can quickly dissipate heat, thus always maintaining stable performance of the shock absorber.
Another advantage of nitrogen shock absorbers is that parts can be replaced and maintained separately. Unlike ordinary shock absorbers, they have to be scrapped as long as they are damaged or have low efficiency.
The piston rod of the injured shock absorber was replaced, the shock absorber fluid was replaced, nitrogen was refilled, the seal ring and reed were also cleaned and inspected, etc. After loading, the vehicle can restore its original performance and continue to lead the owner to indulge in the mountains and rivers and wield his sword across the world.
