Then change to the bottom of the car on the main driving side and open the oil outlet of the gearbox to begin to release the oil. The gearbox oil is followed by a graduated container, and the scale is used as a reference, so as to inject as much new oil as the oil released.
Although the gearbox oil released is not as black as the engine oil, it is obviously dark in consistency and color. Even if it is not changed this time, it will have to be changed for too long, and it will be more comfortable to change into new oil.
It’s still playing, but obviously it’s almost done.
In the process of releasing oil, the technician was not idle, checked the tire pressure of four wheels and replenished the gas, not only carefully, but also reasonably arranged.
Put it under the lamp and take a look at the gearbox oil released. You can see it more clearly. A little more than 4 liters have been released.
After putting the oil, the lift came down to open the engine cover and began to remove the oil filter, because it was located in the corner and it was a little difficult to remove.

Put on a new filter, it looks so comfortable in an instant, put it back in the same place.
Finally began to pour new engine oil.
This is Aixin engine oil, the color is bright and bright, the color is golden yellow, you can see that the quality will not be bad.
A 4-liter bottle of oil has bottomed out.
The technician pulled out the oil ruler and checked the oil quantity carefully.
Obviously not enough, so open another bottle of 1-liter oil and continue to inject it.
Finally, after filling a bottle of 1-liter oil, after the technician continued to check the ruler, he opened another bottle of 1-liter oil, injected a little bit, and the last bottle was not finished, that is to say, a little more than 5 liters of oil.
After filling the engine oil, we are ready to fill the gearbox oil.
Dry with air gun, the operation procedure is very standard.

Fill the funnel with transmission oil, the oil is still golden, the color is transparent and bright, and the consistency is moderate. There are many kinds of gearbox oil, different gearbox oil is different, I carefully read the bottle instructions, this is a wet double clutch special oil. Because the B200 uses a seven-gear wet double clutch.
The staff are attentive and meticulous in the process of filling oil.
The fourth bottle filling is complete.
In the end, the gearbox oil was injected into four bottles, and the fifth bottle was injected a little bit, which was consistent with the scale on the oil container.
After the gearbox oil filling is completed, the staff will start the vehicle and carefully record the maintenance data on the label.
Then stick the label on the upper left corner of the front windshield to indicate the next maintenance time.
Then lift the vehicle up again and install the engine bottom guard to restore it.
Seven or eight minutes after starting the vehicle, the staff checked the oil scale again, and after the engine was running, a small amount of oil could be added.
So the unfinished bottle of oil was injected with a small amount of oil again.
Then cover the engine cover.
Then put the enclosure away and fold it neatly.
Finally, the engine compartment was sprayed with cleaning foam to clean the whole cabin.
Looking at this serious and careful working attitude and clean cabin, I have to give a like to the little brother in Aixin store, which also makes me very sure of the service and specialty in the store.
