Some time ago, there was a warning that the auxiliary battery was faulty. This Sunday, the battery was replaced. After the replacement, the alarm warning disappeared and everything returned to normal.
The battery that was replaced this time came from Tanyou. According to him, his battery was a spare part from Mitsubishi Elevator. It was unused. It was removed from the battery pack and the brand is “Yuasa”. Judging from the appearance quality of the goods received, it is indeed good. Of course, I have never bought domestic brands such as “Chaowei”, so I can’t compare them.
After receiving the battery, I used a multimeter to measure the voltage, which was 12.46V.
It is not difficult to replace. If you have hands-on skills, there is basically no problem. The most difficult thing is to remove the cover plate on the side. You must try to use the force and slowly increase the strength. I used a plastic pry plate, but it seemed that the thickness was not enough. If I added another one, it would be much easier to use. Of course, maybe I didn’t master the skills.
If you have a vacuum cleaner, it is recommended to also suck the sponge filter element at the air intake above the accelerator. There is a lot of dust there, so I didn’t take photos. If you want to do it, please stretch your head and look at the accelerator pedal before removing the guard plate. Above the top, determine the position so that it can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner after removing the guard plate.
As the audience members said, the guard plate has three screws fastened and some gaps are opened so that it can be operated without having to rectify and remove it. There are 3 wires on the guard plate, air conditioning outlet temperature probe, foot socket light, and OBD interface.

I wonder if this white foam will be corrosive when it comes into contact with plastic and aluminum? Because the original one doesn’t have this.
