22812Km–First time to experience one-click maintenance tire repair service

It has been more than a year since the car was picked up in July last year. The one-click maintenance tire repair service I saw on the App before has never been seen on my ES6. Last night, at the mileage of 22812Km, the tire pressure on the right front side of the central control, instrument and mobile App all appeared to be too low. After getting off the car, the tire really leaked.
This situation only appeared for the first time in more than a year. I immediately thought of NIO’s one-click maintenance free tire repair service. I also saw relevant sharing from motorists, so I decisively placed a one-click maintenance service. However, after placing the order, it showed that service resources were tight and I couldn’t come until noon the next day, which seriously affected my car needs to send my children to school and work the next day. So I contacted the exclusive service group on the App to report the situation and hope to repair the tires as soon as possible. Not long after, Wei Lai called to confirm my situation and told me that he would come in about an hour.
An hour later, a NIO dedicated maintenance vehicle drove up to my car. This vehicle has a high degree of automation in equipment and is estimated to cost at least 400,000 to 50,000 yuan. Two maintenance specialists inquired and checked the condition of the car and started maintenance.
First remove the leak tire. Note: Go to the tool storage area under the trunk and take a small clip to take the cap that secures the tire bolt; Secondly, look for the leak point, spray water after inflation, and the bubble is the leak point; After finding it, start repairing, polish the inside of the tire leak point, heat it with fire, and then use special leak trapping accessories (like large rubber long-legged pins) to pass through the leak point for bonding and fixing, and finally compress the periphery and apply a ring of sealing coating to double safety reinforcement.
The entire maintenance process took half an hour to complete with the joint cooperation of two skilled maintenance specialists. Finally, the tire pressure of my other three tires was tested to reach 2.6 bar to ensure safe driving in winter and praised the service for NIO (It is understood that there have been many problems with tires since winter, which should be related to the relatively low temperature)
As more and more traditional automobile brands enter the pure electric vehicle market, NIO’s service quality is a key factor in defeating competitors! I hope that while NIO has more and more users, its service will not decline and reach a higher level!
