Effect of gearbox oil
Gearbox oil lubricates the transmission system in the gearbox. Normal gearbox oil plays a protective and lubricating role in the gearbox. If the gearbox oil is used for too long, it will not only not protect the gearbox, but will be counterproductive! If the gearbox oil is not replaced for a long time, in order to make the engine weak and the gear is not shifted in time, due to the long time of the gearbox oil, there will be iron filings and impurities in it, which will accelerate the wear of parts in the gearbox oil! So replace it at the right time!
When should I change the transmission oil?
Cars have manual transmission and automatic transmission. Manual transmission has a simpler structure. Automatic transmission has a complex structure, the price is different, and the maintenance cost is also different. The gearbox oil usually takes three years or driving 60,000 to 80,000 kilometers. Replace, timely replacement can extend the life of the gearbox! If the gearbox is broken, it is a lot of expense to repair it! Maintain and maintain in a timely manner at ordinary times! Generally, we change the oil on time, and the interval between gearbox oil changes is long, so we have to replace it when it is time!
Transmission oil replacement method
There are two methods to change gearbox oil. One is to cycle oil change. Cycle oil change uses a lot of gearbox oil. Generally, more than a dozen bottles are used. This oil change method can change it cleanly! Wash out all the old oil and impurities inside. This oil change method is costly!
Another way to change oil is gravity oil change! This oil change method is simple, just let out the old oil and add new gearbox oil! This oil change method only requires a few bottles, gearbox oil is enough! My LaVida used this oil change method and used two bottles! However, the replacement cost is more than 2000 yuan!
Next, let me share my replacement process with you! I chose to replace it at a 4S shop! Due to the many brands of gearbox oil, the quality on the market is also mixed! Therefore, if you have to choose a big brand to replace it, you have to go to a regular 4s store to replace it!
Go to the 4S store for maintenance, make an appointment first, which can save you a lot of time! Especially during holidays, there are too many people maintaining it!
Drive into the parking space with a reservation exclusive sign on it!

The car LaVida slowly rises, and the gearbox oil is drained below!

Bring over the gearbox oil. This is a one-liter pack and requires 4 bottles!

Remove the chassis guard!
Next, unscrew the screws to drain the oil! The oil must be drained clean! Because I use gravity to change the oil!

After the oil is drained, remove the outer shell and take a look at the structure inside! Then clean it with a bottle of detergent!
Put a new filter on it!

Clean the box outside! The master wiped it with a sponge many times

Install the new oil washer! Then all the parts are installed!

Add new gearbox oil to the oil can and look at the color of the gearbox. It turns out to be red. I really didn’t know it before!

Connect the bottom and start filling new gearbox oil. The oil can is hung high. This process takes more than ten minutes and the filling is very slow!

Observe from the refueling observation hole whether it is filled up, just fill it up! If you fill it up, the bear observation hole will flow out! All processes are over
