VII. Maintenance costs
1. Preface
Due to the epidemic and work reasons this year, the car has not had time to maintain it. The last maintenance was on September 11, 2019. It has been 1 year +1 month since then, and the mileage traveled is 12310 kilometers. Now I take advantage of the two-festival vacation to maintain the car and make full preparations for the annual inspection. I did a comprehensive maintenance on the car last time, so I only need to do a routine maintenance on the car this time. During this period, the car had a wheel speed sensor failure and had been replaced by itself. Other cars have been in good condition.
Maintenance item determination:
1. Gasoline filter–acceleration and power are normal, the engine does not shake at idle speed, the starting is normal, and will not be replaced;
2. Spark plug–It has traveled for more than 30,000 kilometers, but there is no difficulty in starting the vehicle; the engine is running smoothly and the power is acceptable; the fuel consumption is normal and will not be replaced;
3. The gearbox gear oil has been replaced last time;
4. Brake fluid has been replaced last time;
Therefore, the maintenance items are determined to be: If the oil, machine filter, air filter and air conditioner filter are not dirty, blow it with an air gun and continue to use it.
2. Replacement of oil and machine filter
Open the cover and prepare to draw the oil.
I am a model 13 car with 5L oil consumption, and the new model now has 5.5L.
I have been using Castrol 5W-30 Extreme Protection for seven years, and I feel that it is still suitable for this car.
Pull out the oil dipstick and prepare to draw the oil.
There is rat droop on the engine oil cover. I wonder if the thread inside has been bitten. The car still can’t be left for a long time. You have to drive it often, otherwise the mice will make their home in it.
Remove the machine filter.
Plug in the oil extraction pipe and prepare to pump waste engine oil.
Our 4S shop here uses oil extraction, and some places use oil, but I don’t know which one can clean it up.
The oil extracted is close to 5L. The oil is not consumed much. We have traveled more than 12000 kilometers. Why do some people say burning oil? I don’t understand.
Pour in 4L of engine oil.
All the 1L vials were poured in.
3. Cleaning of air filters and air conditioning filters
The air filter is not too dirty, blow it before using it.
Blow it with an air gun and it looks cleaner.

Put the air filter into the box. I don’t even know when the air conditioner filter element was installed. The master’s speed is so fast.
The cabin is so dirty. The master sprayed it directly with a water gun. Are the lines in the cabin waterproof?
After washing, the master blows the water clean with an air gun to prevent water from seeping into the electrical appliances.
5. Vehicle condition inspection
The car was lifted with a lift and the master began to replenish air in the tires.
The master used a mobile phone flashlight to observe the thickness of the brake pads and carefully checked whether there was any interference from various components of the chassis. The inspection result: the car was in good condition.
Use an air gun to blow off dirt in the skylight chute and unblock the drain hole of the skylight.
VII. Maintenance costs
Make an appointment for maintenance in advance, and the working hours are discounted by 20%, with a total working hours + materials of 933 yuan.
Points are redeemed for 93300 points, and the actual maintenance fee is 0 yuan, haha.
