A friend recommended that you do not need to disassemble the engine, clean carbon deposits, and solve the problem of burning oil. This is the cleaning agent that must be used. The white hand cream-like thing is an engine repair agent.
Before cleaning, the master first used an endoscope to check the condition in my cylinder to determine whether this plan was suitable. The results are: the cylinder wall is intact, the oil and gas separator is intact, the cylinder pressure is normal, etc., which meets the conditions.
During the inspection, I saw that the engine piston, the front and back of the valve were very heavily carbon deposited, and the fuel injection nozzle of the intake port was covered with carbon deposition. With the newly replaced spark plug, 5000 kilometers is already severely carbon deposited.
This solution has low material costs and mainly requires effort.
The master uses this large syringe to flush the cylinder back and forth every 10 minutes. The cleaning agent poured in quickly turned black. Then pull it out and replace it with a new one.
During the process, the crankshaft is also manually rotated to open the valve so that it can be cleaned to the back.
During the soaking process, this equipment should also be used to heat the cleaning agent to maintain the temperature to achieve good cleaning effect.
From 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., it really takes a lot of effort. Finally, it is completed. This is to start the engine and use special cleaning oil (similar to engine oil) to comprehensively clean the entire engine. There will be a large amount of smoke removal and it will take 20 minutes to run.
The real effect will not be seen until actual use. Let’s wait and see, and I will release the actual oil consumption in a timely manner.
During maintenance in the store, I encountered a strange car that was faulty. It was a Zhejiang brand BMW X5. The drive shaft screws were not installed and fell off, breaking the gearbox housing.
