When I drove to work on Tuesday morning, when I overtook to remind the front car to meet the lights, I found that the lights could not be used, and they could be used normally yesterday. (both high and low lights can be used normally, but they can’t know the lights. I have no choice but to drive to the 4S store to find out the reason! After inspection and repair by the master, it is said that the turn light combination switch is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. As there are no spare parts in the warehouse, we can only make a reservation and the spare parts can be replaced when they arrive.
On Sunday, the 4S store called to inform us that the turn light combination switch accessories arrived, and drive to the 4S store to change! Car maintenance station is in place.
The repairman got in the car, killed the steering wheel and began to disassemble the steering wheel
First remove the hard plastic retaining screw under the steering wheel and open all the hard plastic upper cover under the steering wheel
Pry open the middle part of the steering wheel with a crowbar, move the metal buckle in the steering wheel, pull out the power card slot, and remove the middle part of the steering wheel.

Shake the steering wheel while spinning
Soon the steering wheel was removed.
Continue to disassemble and begin to remove the plastic under the turn signal combination switch. Disassemble the screws on one side with a screwdriver
Then remove the retaining screw on the other side.
Remove the fixing screws under the plastic shell.

Continue to disassemble the turn signal combination switch and remove the switch fixing screws on one side with a flat screwdriver
Remove the other side, and the turn signal combination switch will be removed.
Don’t think that this is done, and you need to remove the steering wheel in the steering signal combination switch.
Loosen the screws on both sides of the turn signal

Now there is only one axle left on the steering wheel, staying there alone.
Take out the new turn signal combination switch
Take a closer look at the production date of the turn signal combination switch is May 7, 2019, and it has been a little half a year since it left the factory.
Put the steering wheel in the new turn signal combination switch
Tighten the fixing screw
Put the steering light combination switch into the bearing and begin to secure the lower hard plastic fastener
Screwdriver fixation
The screws under the steering wheel test the repairman’s patience and waist strength.
Then install the hard plastic protective cover on the top.
Start installing the steering wheel
Then install the middle part of the steering wheel
The whole replacement and installation is complete, try the lamp function, normal!
Maintenance completed, check out. Manager Wang specially told me when he checked out: the turn signal combination switch is guaranteed for one year. If something goes wrong in a year, you can fix it. The full switch of the turn signal group is 380 yuan, and the man-hour cost is 108 yuan, totaling 488 yuan.
