Through the diagnosis, we found that the fault is very simple, that is, the mixture problem, as well as the working condition of the machine itself, the two faults add up to this series of problems. Through data flow and waveform analysis, we found that the first abnormal air intake angle and air intake, as well as the abnormal fluctuation of air intake during piston movement, which confirmed the results of our diagnosis after our disassembly. At the same time, the vehicle will be repaired and delivered to the riders.

It doesn’t seem to be a big problem to open the valve cover.

When we removed the exhaust branch, we found something abnormal.

A lot of sealants were found when the intake branch was removed. At the same time, there is butter on the valve cover. Isn’t that bullshit?

The removed piston has a fixed string of air.

The exhaust valve is black and the mixer is very thick.

Check the cylinder liner.

The cylinder burns badly. Burning engine oil is very serious. We need to repair it next.

Two MINI are repaired at the same time, one is modified turbocharged, and the other is repaired.

The grinding valve is reliable.
