[Tractor DIY] Lao Lang’s ability to alleviate abnormal sounds in winter can be solved easily by finding the right problem
Lao Lang, who has been driving for 10 years, usually has nothing to do with driving, but in winter, there are a lot of “squeaking” noises. When asked by the relevant group, they found that these problems are more or less. Some suspected that they were shock-absorbing, and some suspected that it was the chassis. I took advantage of the Spring Festival holiday to analyze and deal with this problem myself.
In order to confirm the source of this abnormal noise, according to usual observations, it mainly occurs in winter, especially below zero. In addition, this abnormal noise mainly occurs when passing speed bumps or bumpy roads.
This kind of uneven path is particularly easy to appear. According to my personal analysis, it should be the rubber parts on the chassis. Because of its aging and hardening in winter, it can easily cause abnormal noises.
One Lao Lang car is used to investigate and deal with problems.
The car does not need to be lifted up, you can see it when you lie down. There are two suspected sources of abnormal noise: the hem arm rubber sleeve in the red circle and the balance bar rubber sleeve in the green circle.
I have silicon lubricants on hand, which are specially designed to prevent aging of processed rubber parts.
Equipped with a special nozzle for accurate positioning.
Shake well before use.
You don’t have to lift the car, just lie on the side and put something on the side to spray.
However, the disadvantage of not spraying it up is that it is not comprehensive enough, and only a part of it can be sprayed.
Balance bar rubber sleeve is the key thing that needs to be sprayed.
Don’t forget the other end either.
These two places are the same.
After a while, I am ready to go out for a test drive.
After spraying, it was discovered that the spraying without lifting was affected by the angle and was not comprehensive enough.
After testing the car, when encountering this speed bump, I obviously felt much better. It was soft and did not have such a hard sound.
If you run on such high and low roads, the car will fluctuate, but without the gurgling sound, the effect seems to be much better.
I tried for a long time, and it was really much better.
I tried many different road sections and it really worked.
Speed bumps that I fear most are much better.
After my own practice, I basically concluded that it was caused by the aging of the rubber parts. Of course, using this method cannot cure the abnormal sound, but it can be alleviated and sprayed regularly. Of course, the best way to replace it.
