08 Lu Zun put on the shelves 3: Changing gearbox oil and spring
Don’t talk nonsense and go straight to the picture.
I didn’t want to take photos until I was almost finished putting it in place. When I installed my bottom shell, I was glued and I tried hard to pry open it. I used the buckle screwdriver, the one-way screwdriver, and the wooden board next to it. There are a total of 20 screws in the bottom shell, 10mm in size.
Remove bottom shell, pad, and filter element
There is some iron powder on this magnet, not much.
There is a gearbox with a story. I don’t know what this energy storage shell has experienced.
This is what it looks like after the oil pan and filter element are removed.
I held the black iron piece with my hand. The manual called it a holder. I could pick it out by pinching it hard with my hands. Later, it was removed and found that the pipe could not be removed. The other end of the pipe could be pulled out of the energy storage.
Clean the bottom shell with two pieces of broken wood and a rag. The residual glue is clearer than I expected.
The dismantled energy storage device.
Spring is added to these two, one for each.
This manual calls it manual 2-1 brake band servo.
Two springs.
There’s a gasket on the bottom.
Charge on this side.
Put it in like this. The piston on the left side has been covered, and the one on the right has just been put in.
Put both in place and cover the piston.
Tighten the screws. This screw is 8mm long, and the remaining four holes are screwed to the gearbox, so you only need to remove the four screws and pull the three oil pipes out of the energy storage to remove the energy storage.
The other side.
This is what it looks like after the energy storage is removed.
The position of the manual servo.
Location of energy storage
This is the copper ring of an old filter element. The copper ring of the new filter element needs to be removed before installing a new filter element.
After everything is in place, come on. The blue one is the mobile phone lazy bracket, haha.
In the gearbox oil inspection program, I first added 7 liters, checked that there was still 1 centimeter away from the full position, and added another 0.5 liter, which was full.
Here comes the point!!! Finally, after adding oil, I remembered that I had forgotten to put this magnet in. I was going to buy a strong magnet to absorb it outside as a psychological comfort!
I went out for a run, and the 12th gear shift was basically gone. It was smooth. I hope it lasts longer!
