Then connect to the computer to read the fault code, and find the fault code when the engine fault light is on. The reason is that the computer detects that the engine is burning in advance, so it lights up the fault light. Next, we need to find the reason and repair the burning of oil at the same time.

First of all, we deal with burning engine oil.

Opening the valve cover, we found that the color seemed abnormal.

The valve cover gasket needs to be replaced with a new one.

Remove upper part of cylinder head.

Get familiar with the steps and start replacing the valve seals one by one.

Compared with the old and new oil seals, the sealing performance has been greatly reduced due to carbonization caused by time and high temperature. Replacing the oil seal cannot be said to solve the problem of burning oil 100% but there will definitely be an improvement.

Tighten each bolt according to standards.

Install the valve cover, and then remove the intake duct clean intake carbon deposit.

The air inlet is perfectly disassembled for easy construction.

We took a photo and showed that carbon deposition almost made the intake valve tight, seriously affecting the intake quality.

The areas where this mini is most prone to oil leaks are the turbine oil pipes, oil cushions, and radiator pads. As soon as the car is old, it is almost impossible to escape the trouble of oil leaks.

Remove the Sanyuan and we can clearly see the oil leak.

Just replace the sealing ring and oil pipe.

Replace the improved welded tubing.

During troubleshooting, we found that the belt was cracked and some problems with the belt tensioner and guide wheel. It is recommended to replace them together, especially the tensioner.
