Change season care, go back to the 4S store for free testing (review)
I received a customer service call from the 4S store to change the season and asked the car owner to go back to the 4S store for free testing. This was a good time to stop by. Free testing and glass water was also provided. It was quite cost-effective. I also checked the driving conditions of the car.
I looked at the mileage first and reminded me that it was time for maintenance. Forget it this time, let’s wait until we come back from the station
Start the vehicle and check the windows and sunroof to see if the glass lifting and lowering is normal
Here, the service consultant also inspected various oils in the front cabin. This was the same as the inspection I did outside, and visually inspected whether the oils met the standards. But this little lady didn’t check the oil!!!
In order to alleviate my little sister’s expressionless embarrassment, I took the initiative to ask what the various oils were and what was the use? PS: I think of myself as a “white-necked”
Seeing that the questions I asked were so low-level, the little sister wanted to laugh but didn’t dare to laugh. She asked me for advice one by one.
After inspecting the front cabin, I looked at the door hinge and the body. The door hinge was mainly to see if there was a lack of lubrication. The inspection of the body should be to avoid unclear risks.
This is not true, the scratch that was not dealt with last time was ruthlessly clicked and clicked by the little sister. As if they were afraid that I would blackmail their store.
After my observation, a large part of this series of pre-checks in 4S stores is to avoid unclear problems. For example, if the car has scratches, valuables are lost, etc., after confirming with the customer during the pre-inspection process, once the customer signs it, it can protect their rights and interests even if there is a dispute.
After the pre-inspection, the car was driven into the workshop workstation. Because it was an inspection, the car was placed in a dedicated workstation. After the car was parked safely, the mechanic checked the vehicle lights. This handsome young man gestured with the team leader in the car.
Looking at the different hand gestures changing, I don’t know what sign language they are communicating. I guess it’s something wrong with this light and that light!
This small master was the team leader, and he drove the car in. Looking at how serious he was working, I took pictures hard.
Seeing that they use a dedicated computer to check the condition of the vehicle, this is something that they can’t do.
The front cabin oil service consultant has checked it, and the mechanics here are just cleaning it up.
The mechanic also checked the engine oil here. The mechanic team made up for the oil that the pre-inspection service consultant had not checked before.
When checking the oil, the operation was the same as I did myself. After the vehicle is parked at a standstill, pull out the oil gauge and wipe it clean, and then insert it into the corresponding position.
Pull out the ruler again to check the oil level position. If the liquid level is in the pockmark area, it is considered normal.
Instructions are posted on the engine regarding the amount of oil. Too high or too low oil is not good. Therefore, you must keep in mind that it is not always the better for any oil.
It is also necessary to check the tire pressure of the car’s tires. All four wheels were checked one by one by the mechanic. Two tires had low tire pressure, so they charged the air pressure casually.
In fact, this action of removing small stones is not a big deal, but we can see the difference between a 4S shop and a repair shop through a small matter. Because of your heart, you are more willing to believe and entrust.
