11 From Lexus owner to Volvo owner, what surprised me was that Volvo’s service exceeded my expectations a little. Today, I went to Chengdu Sanhe Volvo to do 30000 kilometers of maintenance. The actual mileage was 29000 kilometers. When making an appointment on the Volvo public account, a small window accidentally popped up, urging me to send an on-call service for a year.
1. According to the manual requirements, change the oil, oil filter, gasoline filter, and air filter for 30000 kilometers. A voucher was given for basic maintenance at that time, gasoline filter element + air filter element + working hours =876 yuan.
2. The manufacturer recalled 2 items, namely, tightening the wiper screws and replacing the evaporation tube. The PS evaporation tube was actually made in Poland. No wonder Volvo was expensive to repair cars.
3. The software system upgrade 2.0 took 40 minutes, but I couldn’t tell the difference. The master said it would be comprehensively optimized.
4. The navigation map can be updated, but it is too late today, so we will update it next time.
Replace the fuel filter element, 450+90=540, the gasoline has flowed for at least 20 seconds, which is painful.
