Does it also need to divide seasons to maintain my car? I think so, don’t you?
Time is neither tight nor slow, still ticking away, bidding farewell to August, and we ushered in September. September is a new beginning and a new season. Meet September, meet autumn, dear, love, not only treat ourselves well, but also treat our cars well.
As an old driver who is nearly 40 years old, cars are no stranger to me. I have driving experience for nearly 20 years alone. I have driven countless cars and have a certain understanding of the car’s performance and common problems.
Nowadays, most car engines use relatively advanced in-cylinder direct injection technology, which aims to make fuel burn more fully. However, many car owners may more or less find that their cars sometimes have some carbon deposits. For example, starting is difficult, the engine is unstable at idle speed; accelerating is poor when adding the accelerator; spark plug ignition is abnormal. Today, I will share with you what I have learned about car carbon deposits.

Carbon deposition is a deposit caused by insufficient fuel combustion and may occur in many parts such as throttle and intake pipes
Take spark plugs as an example. Drivers all know that too much carbon deposition will cause the spark plug to fail to ignite. However, the service life of the spark plug also depends on the material and cannot be generalized. The original factory’s quality is relatively high, and the service life is of course longer.
I suggest that the replacement of spark plugs can be based on 30,000 kilometers. If it exceeds 30,000 kilometers, you must check it to avoid “overwork” of your car ~
In fact, it is normal for your car to have carbon deposits, so don’t be too nervous, just clean it normally.
During daily maintenance, often observe whether the throttle valve is clean. If there are too many black particles around it, it must be dealt with. Check the oil condition every 1-3 months to see if the oil has turned black. It is recommended that you change the oil at about 5000 kilometers.
Some car owners say that using fuel additives is also effective. I have not experienced it personally. If you are interested, you can try it
If there is an abnormal increase in carbon deposition in the engine, it may be that poor quality fuel has been accidentally added. The low purity and high impurities will lead to insufficient combustion in the fuel, resulting in excessive carbon deposition;
So how to avoid carbon deposition?
Regularly use an intake system cleaner to improve carbon deposition on the intake valve
You can plan a route with better road conditions before traveling to avoid long-term traffic jams. If the traffic jam is serious, turn off the car. It is recommended not to idle and wait, which can effectively avoid carbon deposition
Use throttle cleaner regularly; check frequently during maintenance to detect problems early
The white clouds are long and the autumn is crisp, so pack up your car and drive well to climb high and see the distance ~
