2020 is really not easy. The epidemic has come too fiercely and many industries have been hit. Although I am not unemployed, my income has indeed dropped a lot. There is nothing I can do about it. So I bought an electric soldering iron and multimeter, taught myself to repair induction cookers, ovens and other small appliances, and also searched for used goods to save stereos. It’s a very fulfilling feeling to repair an electrical appliance, although it doesn’t make much money (I repair it for neighbors and colleagues for free). Over the past year, it can be summed up in one word that means “fighting”. People cannot be content with their status quo when they live. They have to work hard and struggle. It is difficult to change the world, but it is easy to change themselves. You may not see the harvest for a short time, but drops of water pierce through the stone and accumulate soil into mountains. 2020 is about to pass. I need to quickly maintain my car before the end of the year. I have to go back to my hometown on New Year’s Day.

The last time was 5.8W for maintenance in April. It is 6K kilometers in 8 months now.

As usual, do it yourself with air filter and air conditioner!

Cruze’s air filter element has 6 screws. Screw all screws to the highest level. Note that this screw cannot be removed due to the design.

Remove the air filter element. Look, it’s so dirty.

Contrast the old and the new,

New air filter elements are loaded on the truck. I replace the air filter element every time I maintain it and never blow it.

Next, replace the air conditioning filter element. First remove the two buckles of the glove box.

The buckle came off.

Keep the glove box to the lowest level.

My arrow is pointing upwards. Some people say that the arrow is the flow direction of air and should be pointing downwards. Which one is right?

You can’t get the oil filter yourself, so you can only go to the maintenance shop.

Drain off old oil.

Oil filter and then add gasoline filter element.

The old oil filter element looks good and has not collapsed.

The new oil filter was loaded quickly.

The master used an air gun to blow on the oil dipstick and said that the old oil was drained completely.

Pour in new engine oil.

I didn’t take photos when I changed the gasoline filter element. The smell of gasoline was too strong. The master even asked me to start the car and hit the accelerator several times to see if there was any leaks.
