Our door lock is an electronically controlled mechanical lock. It may be due to the rainy day. When we opened the tailgate of the trunk, it suddenly got stuck. We had to press the switch several times and lift it up hard before we opened it.

First align with the latch on the tailgate and apply oil for maintenance. Be sure to spray it on the rotating shaft inside to have an effect.
