Considering the reliability and replacement specifications, this accessory was decided to go to 4S for replacement.

Remove the wheel.
The brake pads are okay.
The main accessories replaced this time: outer cage + grease.
Loosen the big screw.
Pull off the wheel bearings.
Look at the connection.
Cut off the original fixing clamps before removing the outer cage.
The outer ball head was removed together.
There are inner and outer clamps for fixing the outer cage, both of which need to be cut off.
Empty half shaft.
Put it in a new cage.
Secure the inside clamps.
Then clip into the outer ball head.
Add grease and secure the outer clamps.
Tighten the clamps with special tools.
Both inner and outer clamps are fastened with special tools.
Check to make sure the tightening is in place.
A professional fastening tool is actually a thread tightening device. The original clamp is made of thick workmanship and made of good materials. It cannot be fastened in place with tools such as point-nosed pliers. Therefore, the master said that judging the quality depends on the fastening tool. I can see that there is indeed some truth.

Then restore the bearings and fix the screws.
Tighten the large nut.
Tighten the screws in place with a torque wrench.
Tighten the large screws in place.
Restore the wheel.
Tighten it in place.
Check to make sure there are no problems and drop off the vehicle.
Leave the workshop and prepare to check out.
Materials cost 180 yuan, working hours are 120 yuan, and I also bought some skin care products myself.
There are not many people who replace this thing, and most masters make it shoddy. It is recommended that it be operated by professionals. After all, it is not as simple and easy to operate as changing the oil.
