The previous post was halfway removed and stuck by a fixing screw. It has now been solved and the replacement was successful. In order to make the description clearer, reopen the post.

First, various demolitions.

It is to tear down everything that you can see and see. The A-pillar needs to be disassembled, and the inner frame of the skylight needs to be disassembled. I forgot to take photos. You can do it manually, no tools are needed

This angle was taken from the sky window. This is the motor, which is fixed with T20 and gears. 3 T20s. I used a hose to remove them before.

This is taken from the reading light. The rusty screw is T25, which fixes the gear set. The picture below shows the gear set after the motor is removed

Because this T25 screw, I mistakenly thought it was also T20, so I couldn’t remove it no matter how hard it was because I couldn’t see it, and I didn’t know it was T25 until I received the new gear. Because of limited space, I bought a two-way multifunctional right-angle sleeve.

The left is old and the right is new. The pins on the new ones are used for positioning. They must wait completely until they are installed before dismantling them.

During this period, two links should be paid attention to: 1. The new gear sleeve is stuck directly in place. When installing the set screw (T25), try to stick the gear set and connecting rod tightly. 2 For the new gear set, use a motor to align it in advance before installing it. After attaching it, put on the three set screws directly first. Because there is no thread inside, screw the thread out first, and subsequent installation will be much easier.
