The 4-year-old lion changes the gearbox!
Unconsciously, the lion has accompanied me for the fourth year. There have been no major problems in the past four years. The only problem that gives me a headache is that the engine is really loud. I believe this is the experience of every senior lion friend! By chance, I learned that someone had already eaten crabs first, so with the help of lion running pigs, I found a senior brother who had a modified gearbox, our famous cdkkk (hereinafter referred to as Brother Kang). To be honest, I was very moved to learn about Brother Kang’s experience after completing the modification. In addition, it was not far from Brother Kang, so I went directly to Brother Kang and tried out Brother Kang’s car. After the trial, I immediately ordered the poisoning! Special thanks to my group friend cdkkk (Kang Ge) for their help. A very enthusiastic older brother took me to various test drives, and then helped me contact the repair shop. Cut the crap, picture above!
Throw the gearbox to the repair shop in advance and replace it early tomorrow morning to change the oil in the Sonata gearbox. It’s so dark
Remove the half shaft
Open it and see
A lot of it leaked out
The wear and tear inside
Another angle
Sonata basin tooth
Come early the next day
Original gearbox oil, okay
Still very clear
The beat is blurred
Original clutch plates, not replaced
This brother is very powerful, carrying the gearbox alone, and he is strong!
Come down now and tear down the square frame!
It finally got it down and took more than two hours
Group photo of two gearboxes
The original factory was taken apart and it’s not so bright
Lion running basin teeth
long-distance
Pour it out
The Sonata model is copied from the past, the internal fork is Sonata model, and the external fork is used from the original car model
I didn’t take pictures of loading the car! I can’t wait to test drive, and I’m helping me get dressed! Since the half shaft had been removed, the mechanic suggested that I use the transmission oil of the original car first, wait until I run for a while to see if the half shaft did not leak, and consider changing the transmission oil! The steering gear has not been removed, so there is no need to do four-wheel alignment! Remove the two large screws on the front of the square frame, and remove the two large screws on the back. I took the gearbox off halfway down!
Test the high speed conditions
The fuel consumption was not tested much for the time being, and I only ran 300 kilometers after changing the gearbox! Fuel consumption performance will be attached in the future!
