The outer cover of the air conditioner filter element is reset.
The next step is to clean the intake manifold, also known as cleaning the inlet.
We have just finished cleaning the throttle in front of us, but the carbon deposition adhering to the deep layer of the intake pipe, the piston inside and the surface of the combustion chamber cannot just clean the throttle, so the next step is to clean the inlet. The method adopted is commonly known as “lifting bottles”.
The “hanging bottle” is: the “hanging bottle” is filled with a pressurized atomized cleaning agent, the cleaning agent is injected into the inlet, and the “solvent dissolution” reaction occurs with the carbon accumulation in the internal components, and then the carbon deposit is blown out by using the high speed of the engine.
Due to the pungent smell of the exhaust gas from the inlet cleaning, the maintenance engineer drove the car to the open air outside the maintenance room.
The following is the large bottle that uses the “intake system cleaning and maintenance kit”-intake manifold cleaner. The master assembled the “hanging bottle”.
The “lifting bottle” needs to input the cleaning agent through this tube of the carbon tank solenoid valve.
Connect the infusion tube.

The “lifting bottle” is like this, the engine ignites, and the “intake manifold cleaner” is sucked out of the upper bottle and enters the inlet along the infusion pipe to decompose and clean the carbon deposits inside.
A few minutes later, the detergent runs out and the cleaning is over. The master started the computer test.
At the same time, the master’s big foot blew the throttle and let some carbon deposits be discharged from the tail gas. You can see the pungent white smoke coming out of the tail throat and the liquid coming out.
Continue to blow the throttle until there is no white smoke and liquid coming out of the tail throat.
At this point, the maintenance project is all over. When the car goes back to the maintenance room, the engine is washed with low-pressure foggy water and then dried with low-pressure air.
The master also wiped the engine and the engine cover with a dry cloth, and the work was very serious.
Finally, the technician supervisor checked the lighting and oil, and the maintenance was all over.
