(1) 14 ram 17 open wrench (for removing engine guard)

(2) No. 8 inner hexagon wrench (for removing oil drain screws)

(3) universal oil filter wrench (for removing oil filter element)

(4) Shell 5W-40HX8 full synthetic engine oil (purchased from SUNING International of SUNING, imported from Germany, shipped in Guangzhou Free Trade Zone, 130RMB / barrel)

(5) Mahler OC497 oil filter element

3. The same safety protection should be done: pull the handbrake to death, put the spare tire under the car, and the rear wheel is stuck with a brick to ensure that the vehicle will not move.

4. I am a rear-loaded manganese steel engine guard plate, which has been lubricated with oil two days in advance, so it is easy to disassemble, but the manganese steel is a little heavy. Remove the back two screws and finally use something similar to a wood block to cushion it.

5. Find the oil discharge screw, remove the oil discharge screw with the No. 8 inner hexagon wrench, and get ready for the oil container. I used a salad oil barrel, and the final action of oil discharge should be slow. When the oil discharge screw can be screwed by hand, take off the wrench and screw it directly with your hand. Screw the screw with one hand and prepare to receive the oil bucket with the other. When the screw is loosened, aim the oil bucket at it. If the coordination is not good, it is not to drop the oil screw into the bucket. It’s just waste oil spilled all over the floor. Well, waiting for the waste oil to be changed by myself can be very clean. I waited an hour before I went to clean it up. After the oil is discharged, put back the oil release screw, and then the replacement oil filter element 6374hand 9105prime 5500

6, to change the oil filter element to use a professional wrench, a treasure of 15 yuan, our B50 can be changed above the cabin, can also be changed below, I personally feel that the lower change is more convenient and has more room for operation. When changing, you should still pay attention to receiving oil, there is still a lot of oil in the filter element, be careful not to spill. Install the new filter element is to first apply some clean oil on the sealing ring, then tighten it by hand and then twist half a circle with a wrench, do not screw it to the end, the sealing ring will be deformed.

7. Replace the engine guard plate, open the refueling hole, pull out the oil level, and pour in the new oil. Remember that the B50 should add 4.2-4.3L, so the usual 4L barrel of oil is not enough. Check the oil level after adding it. No more, no less.
