Remove the tire, loosen the claw nut, and press down the ball head of the tie rod with a special tool. After pulling out the tie rod, shake the ball head of the tie rod. Compared with the new tie rod, the old part really has a lot of freedom. It seems that the crux has been found. The installation is not complicated, and the recovery is carried out step by step. After initially using a tape measure to confirm that the front toe is completed, we drive to a tire shop for a four-wheel alignment. During the test run, the steering wheel was deliberately let go, and there was no deviation at all, indicating that the toe positioning parameters were accurate, and it was basically determined that the fault of excessive width of the tie rod was completely eliminated.
