After placing the order, NIO staff provided me with a personal exclusive service group for charging pile installation that day. Under the guidance of NIO staff, he applied for registration with the State Grid APP and filled in the materials. The next day, both the master of State Grid and the master of Weilai contacted me.
The general installation process is as follows (the policy process may vary from place to place, for reference only)
The first step is to install the electricity meter: communicate with the property management company in advance. When installing the electricity meter, cooperate with the power department to connect the outgoing line from the downstairs dispatch room and install the 6-meter position electricity box, and at the same time install the three-phase electricity meter (fast charging requires installing three-phase electricity meter, slow charging of the two-phase electricity meter). After the electricity meter is installed, you will be given a set of information and electricity meter card. You can enter the electricity meter card number on the State Grid APP and buy electricity directly.
The second step, survey: Nilai’s installation master came to the door to conduct a survey, evaluated the approximate routing position and installation position, and initially determined it.
The third step is to install the power piles: formally install the charging piles, pull wires from the electricity meter box, follow the wiring to the installation point according to the position of the overall wiring slot of the basement, assemble the power piles, and connect and install them. It can be plug and play when it is installed, provided that the meter card is recharged. The entire installation of the fast-filling pile takes about three to four hours, and you need to be mentally prepared in advance. I thought it would be done in an hour.
About a few hours after the installation is completed, the APP. You can see “My Home Filling”. Click to enter to set up Bluetooth pairing. The following operations are clear in the APP, so I won’t go into it again!
At this point, the entire process is officially completed!
