7 Lao O’s steering gear leaked oil and the steering wheel was hard. It had been a long time. I had been wanting to remove it for maintenance, but I had never found a suitable method. The manual stated that the air conditioning pipe should be removed and taken out under the vehicle. I also had to lift the car. I was in trouble. Recently, I tried to take it up from the Dali drum position. I removed enough things, but it was successful.
Steps:
1. Remove the brake master cylinder without removing the oil pipe
2. Remove the kettle and pump out the cooling water
3. Remove the powerful drum,
4. Remove the automatic shift cord and
5. Drain clean booster oil,
6. Press out the outer ball head
7. Remove the two dust sleeves and use a small one to pry the fastening hoop rings to remove them (to avoid damage)
8. Remove the throttle valve, the attached throttle cord, and the water pipes
9. Remove the generator connecting iron
10. Remove the intake manifold (loosen the 5 nuts and screws to take out the separate intake manifold)
11. Loosen the cruciform joint lever
12. Loosen the four nuts of the steering gear
13 Lower the engine (lie under the car and remove the rear foot pads)
Finally, you can push out the steering gear and slowly take it out from the powerful drum position. Of course, first move the right inner ball head to the left to move out of the hole, and slightly bend a brake oil pipe to take it out.
