Completely bid farewell to the “violent annual inspection” and cancel the purchase tax! More than new regulations introduced in 2021

National transportation network yesterday

Just entering 2021,

A new wave of automobile policies is coming, which is related to annual vehicle inspections, car purchases, and travel restrictions…

It is closely related to our car owners

1. There have been major changes in the annual inspection of motor vehicles

Starting from January 1, 2021, the national standard GB 38900-2020 “Motor Vehicle Safety Technical Inspection Items and Methods” will be officially implemented. Under the new national standard, what changes have been made to motor vehicle inspection? It is mainly reflected in the increase or decrease of vehicle inspection items

In general, the cancellation of a number of inspection items has successfully reduced the burden on car owners, while the new items are not difficult to test and are designed to protect the safety of car owners. This is worthy of recognition.

2. These vehicles are exempt from purchase tax

The Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the “Announcement on Relevant Policies for Exemption of New Energy Vehicles from Vehicle Purchase Tax.” The “Announcement” clarifies that from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022, purchased new energy vehicles will be exempted from vehicle purchase tax.

New energy vehicles exempt from vehicle purchase tax refer to pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid (including extended range) vehicles, and fuel cell vehicles.

3. This type of car can no longer be licensed

Previously, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other four departments jointly issued the “Announcement on Adjusting the Relevant Requirements for the Implementation of the National Sixth Emission Standards for Light Vehicles.” According to the requirements of the “Announcement”, starting from January 1, 2021, the registration of new light vehicles should comply with the “National Sixth” emission standards, new light vehicles with the “National Fifth” emission standards will no longer be licensed.

What about the car in the fifth country? Can I still buy it? If you want to buy a national fifth model, you can purchase it through a second-hand car. However, before purchasing, it is necessary to find out whether the location allows vehicles from foreign countries to move in.

Starting from April and March, the qualification examination will be cancelled

Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Transport issued the “Notice on Improving the Work Related to the Reform of the Qualification Examination System for Road Goods Transport Drivers”(referred to as the “Notice”), proposing that starting from March 1, 2021, local transportation meities shall not Organize and conduct qualification examinations for road goods transport drivers other than road dangerous goods transport.

5. New traffic restriction policies have been introduced in many places across the country

In addition to the above-mentioned national policies, starting from January 1, 2021, many places across the country will also begin to implement new vehicle restriction policies.
