The throttle valve is a controllable valve that controls air entering the engine. After entering the intake pipe, the gas will mix with gasoline to turn into a combustible mixture, which will burn and produce work. It is connected to the air filter on the top and the engine block on the bottom. It is called the throat of a car engine. This is roughly the case for four-stroke throttle gasoline engines. The throttle is one of the most important components of today’s EFI vehicle engine system. Its upper part is the air filter air compartment, and the lower part is the engine block, which is the throat of the automobile engine.
This is the first time I cleaned my car today. I bought detergent and a set of special wrenches online. The solar terms are indeed stolen. The staff at the 4s store said it was time to clean it. Today, I have time to clean it! My car is a 15 LaVida! Next, let me share the cleaning process,

First, open the lid of the engine compartment and walk to the air filter element. The throttle valves are all under the air filter element!
Remove the screws on it

Remove the air filter
and then pull the cord.

Start removing the screws slowly, and use appropriate force to avoid breaking the screws. If they are broken, it will be troublesome.

Put the screws on the battery before losing them

It was removed. Let’s take a look. The front of the throttle is not too dirty, but the back is very dirty! It’s time to clean it. I haven’t washed it in years.

Look inside. It’s very dark.
Cover it with a towel and don’t let dirty things in

I started cleaning and sprayed it with a cleaner. It’s too dirty. Wipe it with paper and it’s very dark!

Use your toothbrush! Otherwise, it won’t be cleaned cleanly!

Let’s take a look at it and see that it’s almost washed, much cleaner than before, and the effect is still there!

Prepare for installation, this rubber pad must be installed, don’t forget!

Screw the screws on and
Install wiring harness, too
The tube of this air filter element is also reset
Tighten the screws and finish everything.

The speed may be a little high at the beginning after starting. After driving for a certain distance, it will automatically match the size of the opening! Throttle cleaning should be moderate! Don’t wash too often, and don’t fail to clean!
