[2022 Spring Notes] Binzhi Glass Water Leakage Problem

I have been driving Binzhi for almost seven years. Recently, I discovered that glass water was lost for no reason. I didn’t pay attention to it before and added it again and again. Later, I accidentally discovered that the glass water that had just been added leaked on the ground of the parking space. The amount was not large, but it was difficult to find. Is the glass water kettle leaking? It’s so troublesome… what an unexpected disaster!

I climbed on the ground… Looking at the bottom of the car, there were obvious leakage marks. That’s right, it was glass water, not other oil.

I filled up the glass water and continued to observe, but it still leaked. In the end, I had to drive into the repair shop and ask the master to add glass water again to observe the leakage.

After the master’s judgment, the glass water tank was intact and it was a leak caused by the aging of the motor nozzle. Just change the motor nozzle.

Replace the motor water nozzle… You can see that the water nozzle has corroded severely and the plastic parts have aged and cracked.

Parts need to wait for two days, and two days later, replace them with new motor water nozzles.

After replacing the new parts, glass water was added… After observing for several days, there was no leakage. It cost a total of 70 yuan! The maintenance master said that this problem often occurs in glass water motor nozzles after many years, so everyone who has used vehicles more than five years old as a reference and pay attention to the position of glass water.
